Stan is a radio veteran of 25+ years with a career path that included positions as Morning Show Host, Program Director, Music Director, Sales Person, and Director of Operations. Having worked all ends of the aisle, Stan is able to provide insight into the different points of view for talent, sales and management.

Stan also shares the perspective of morning radio shows, having worked as the number one morning show host in Salt Lake City, Utah and Fargo, North Dakota.

He has programmed formats in Rock, Adult Contemporary, Soft AC, CHR, Modern AC and Classic Rock. Successes include WCMF in Rochester, NY, which was the highest rated Rock station in the country from 1987-1991.

In 1996, Stan moved to Austin, Texas where he took the CBS Radio group of stations from a rank of 4th place to 1st place with 12+, 18-34, and 25-54 Adults and Women.

Stan has always been into numbers, having graduated from the Arbitron University and worked with many industry research leaders.

Stan's fields of expertise include Talent Coaching and Management Relations, Programming Strategy, Effective Station Positioning, Effective Station Marketing, TSL Promotions, Arbitron Ratings Analysis, Arbitrends and Maximizer software, MusicMaster, and Selector.

Stan is also a Radio Television and Film major from the University of Texas and is working as an independent filmmaker.
