Dixon Pitcher recently introduced a bill that would require would-be spouses to wait at least three days after obtaining a license before getting married, unless they took premarital training first. What would your punishment have been if you had stolen your Mom’s debit card to reactivate your cell phone (that she deactivated, probably because you were already causing trouble)? This teen girl’s punishment was to stand on a busy street corner holding a sign that says “I steal from my family”.

According to a German study cited here, redheads have more active sex lives than people with any other hair color. There are a few purported reasons for this, say the researchers: red hair is rare, vibrant (the color provokes and arouses people more than any other), and subconsciously indicates youth and fertility.

If you live anywhere there's skiing, start planning now. Here are two ideas, one simple and one a little more involved.
SIMPLE: Sex sells on the website. Simple as that. Anytime we [The Dave Ryan Show] put up pictures of listeners wearing very little clothing, we get massive web hits. Get a decent prize, (cash, a ski or board package) and have listeners send in pictures of themselves in swimsuits while on their skis or boards, holding up a small sign with your call letters (to prove it's them, not an image from the web). Post them online for voting.

Get listeners on the phone to describe their relationship in 15-20 seconds. Example: “I live with a guy from work at his mom's house but I'm pregnant with another guy's baby.” THEN the show guesses their Facebook Relationship Status. You'll be amazed how many list their status as "Married" when it sounds like they're banging everyone in town. OR how their status is "Single" when they live with some dude who got them pregnant. The stories are priceless.

Would it bother you to know that the federal Centers for Disease Control had been shown your daughter’s health records to see how she responded to an STD/teen pregnancy prevention program? How about if the federal Department of Education and Department of Labor scrutinized your son’s academic performance to see if he should be “encouraged” to leave high school early to learn a trade? To qualify for stimulus money, states had to agree to build such systems capable of maintaining extensive databases on public-school students.
